Payment: We accept Debit/Credit Card and Paypal payments.  We cannot accept international checks since the banks charge a hefty fee.  We also can’t accept money orders.

How We Handle Your Personal Information

To process credit card orders, your billing information will be sent to our merchant bank account. To ship your orders, we ship through the USPS. On occasion, we may send you information about carolina bead shop contests, specials and promotions, or new products. You will have the opportunity to opt out of such mailings.

Customs and import Taxes
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs. USPS First Class Shipping Packages are shipped with delivery confirmation to ensure delivery of your package. If an item(s) under 1oz is not available at time of shipping the item(s) will be shipped out asap by first class letter mail If your package doesn’t arrive please contact me and I will do everything possible to help track the order.

Orders are Shipped to your Shipping Address… Please make sure your address is correct PRIOR to placing your order.

Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for store credit.
Just contact me within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within:  24 hours of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 day of purchase
I do not refund shipping cost unless package is insured. You are responsible to insure your package.  Please add insurance to your package or contact me if there is not an option to do so.

We also offer USPS Priority Mail & Express Mail Shipping.
The following items can’t be returned for store credit or exchanged . Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders.
• Chain by the foot.

Conditions of return

If you receive incorrect merchandise. Please contact us and I will send you the correct item with a return prepaid envelope to return the merchandise.
